Order Management Specialist (Fast Flow Dealers)
Your role:
- End-to-End Order Management: Handle the full ordering process, including configuration checks, booking orders, and tracking shipments.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with innovative healthcare providers to ensure smooth delivery of health products.
- Emergency Product Orders: Prioritize and manage orders for critical medical devices, ensuring urgent needs are met efficiently.
- SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP for order processing and tracking.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with account managers, project managers, and product managers to align on customer needs and ensure operational excellence.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve order-related issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.
You're the right fit if:
- Experience: Some relevant experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service.
- Skills: Experience in SAP is desirable.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
- Personality: Open-minded, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
