Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
- 2 years of experience working in Production on Demand (POD) in industries such as CPG, Telco, Entertainment, Food, etc.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate an investigative business approach, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities seperately.
- Excellent skills in influence, teamwork, leadership, and communication.
