Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborating with BMC leaders and other stakeholders to tailor marketing initiatives that align with the region's strategic priorities.
  • Overseeing marketing program operations from inception through to execution, creating audience-focused content across various channels.
  • Partnering with brand, digital, and communication teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Working with Global Delivery Services and outsourcing resources to ensure efficient implementation of programs.
  • Applying industry best practices to enhance market impact, alongside regular performance reporting and improvement through data analytics.
  • Traveling within the region is also expected as part of the role.
  • Support coordination with service line, regional, sector BMC teams on content dissemination
  • Create reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the campaigns for Europe West leaders and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule. Also, perform Project Asset Management for keeping the documents up to date.
  • Support other day-to-day activities and monitoring around digital program, including the information mailbox, media tracking tools, social feeds, and addressing needs as appropriate
  • Maintain reports to monitor progress of projects and placement of postings
  • Continuous focus on process improvement, impact, ROI, effectiveness, and efficiency

  • Project Management experience – ideally professionally qualified
  • End to end campaign management and execution experience
  • Being a real team player, work closely in an agile, fast paced environment and demonstrate impact
  • Quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors, service lines and geographies, globally
  • Help drive change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements across the organization

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities to engage with senior leaders effectively.
  • Solid understanding of EY's business model and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Robust technical marketing background and strong project management capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience in a global environment with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and a comprehensive understanding of various marketing disciplines, particularly digital marketing.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proficiency in additional languages within the Europe West scope is preferred.
  • Experience connecting business development efforts with marketing strategies to foster sales pipeline growth, particularly in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, automotive, technology, energy, health, and private equity.
  • B2B marketing skills, with experience in professional services or similar industries
  • Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge
