Your key responsibilities
- Help plan and manage brand and marketing campaigns to drive and accelerate relationships and revenue with key accounts – and be accountable for their day-to-day delivery. This includes:
- Helping to develop positioning, messaging and content, such as research-led thought leadership and client case studies.
- Working with other team members, contractors and agencies to translate these into creative assets, media ads and articles, and internal communications.
- Collaborating with global and local teams to deliver content and campaigns to relevant target audiences in an integrated manner through appropriate channels, including at events, in the media, and with account teams.
- Managing processes to ensure content quality and third party contracting and billing compliance.
- Creating project management and reporting documents.
- Support all team-members and actively contribute to success across the team.
- Continuously grow and learn to increase value delivered to stakeholders through innovation and a transformative mindset.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- College or University degree, with at least 6 plus years of B2B brand and marketing experience, preferably with professional services firms.
- High energy team player with a positive, can-do attitude; good at building relationships across a multi-national, matrixed organization.
- Experience with one or more of the following: B2B technology services, creative or marketing agency work, business & technology writing or editorial.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level with high level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
- Campaign management skills and knowledge, hands-on marketing experience, organization and prioritization skills, and attention to detail. Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office, including Excel (including developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint
Ideally, you’ll also have
- MBA with a major in Marketing or a MS (Marketing)
- Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
- Experience with Tableau, Adobe web platform, Adobe analytics/web trends/Google analytics, Sprinklr/Hootsuite, Sysomos, any eMail marketing tool, Google Adwords is a plus.
