Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in global supply chain management, agreement facilitation, and procurement.
- 4 years of experience in developing relationships, working in teams, and project/program management.
- Experience in procurement, contract or deal management, or vendor operations, and with spreadsheet data maintenance, reporting, and Google Workspace tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement, design, and scaled BPO extended workforce management.
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of procurement strategy and the major indirect spend categories.
- Ability to understand contractual terms and experience in redlining and facilitating agreements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, detail oriented, and process driven.
