Key job responsibilities
• Writing a range of key documents, including strategy docs and PRFAQs, company/deal narratives, email updates, approval docs and Board docs
• Acting as a subject matter expert on selected industries and potential investment targets, including recent developments, transactions, valuations and diligence
• Evaluating the benefits and risks of potential transactions
• Leading all pre-transaction diligence efforts
• Supporting deal-related negotiations and bringing transactions over the finish line
• Partnering with senior leaders and businesses to evaluate expansion opportunities
• Working with business and functional teams within Amazon through completed integration and beyond, as appropriate
• Identifying new opportunities that support Amazon's strategic priorities

Bachelor's Degree5+ years experience in investment banking and/or private equity

2+ years writing strategy docs, company/deal narratives, approval docs and Board docs2+ years leading pre-transaction diligence efforts
