As a Technology Engineer, within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.Preferred Skills Include:
• Experience and knowledge in creating and configuring VRO workflows, vRO configurations/integration with external systems/3rd party tools
• Experience with VMware vRealize Operations Manager (vROPs)
• Use vSphere PowerCLI to manage virtual machines and virtual infrastructure
• Experience with Network engineering technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration problems or system issues
Job Description

• Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions. Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.
• Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
• May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.
• Provides a systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.
• Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.
