Manage production environments to ensure systems are running efficiently, effectively, accurately, and securely.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Infrastructure Support, communications, and network protocols, or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred experience of Application Infrastructure Support on Hybrid Technology Platforms (On Prem, SaaS, PaaS)
Strong experience in process workflows and operational support, application patching and operations optimization.
Experience with implementing Monitoring & Observability Solutions leveraging AI/ML capabilities.
Collaboration experience with application, network, and security teams for application troubleshooting and impact assessment.
Hands-on experience deploying, and managing corporate IT application infrastructure in Linux, Windows, AIX ensuring 24x7 availability with on-call rotations.
Expertise in Continuous Deployment (CD) using tools like Control-M and Ansible.
Well versed with Incident, Change, and problem management (ITSM) Processes with Remedy (or Similar platform).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
Preferred Technology Exposure
Cloud - AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud (preferred exposure to one of the Cloud)
Operating System – Windows, Linux, AIX
Authentication applications – Okta SSO, LDAP, Active Directory.
