Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Performs credit check and credit reviews
  • Monitors past due accounts and resolves issues effectively
  • Completes Accounts Receivable tasks on time as assigned by workflow tool and
  • Achieves Accounts Receivable cash collection target for assigned accounts per
    the forecast
  • Understands Informatica Credit & Collection policy and procedures.
  • Utilizes necessary reporting and systems to actively contact customers in regards
    to account transactions
  • Researches and resolves any balancing issues of the payments with the customer
    and the accounting department; contacts customers in regards to unapplied
    payments and ensures proper application of the payment.
  • Creates Account Receivable reports for assigned accounts
  • Monitors and communicates credit concerns to management.

Role Essentials

  • 2+ years of experience in Credit/collections
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to
    resolve a variety of issues.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires a review
    of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine
    appropriate action.
  • Influences within team and builds relationships outside of immediate area to
    accomplish objective
