- Doctoral degree in a clinical field (e.g. MD, PsyD, PhD, etc.).
- 5 years of experience in consumer-focused digital health product development focused on consumer health or experience building and evaluating digital products in an academic setting.
- 4 years of post-training clinical experience.
- 3 years of experience driving projects of high complexity, in environments with cross-functional teams.
- 1 year of experience with AI in a health/healthcare setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with generative AI, inducing safety approaches and peer reviewed publications.
- Experience taking a consumer focused mental health or wellbeing product from concept to market.
- Experience in digital health evaluation and clinical research including designing and conducting real world evaluations.
- Experience working in an ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Recognition as a national or emerging national leader in mental health and AI.
