JOB DESCRIPTION

In Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions (SETS) Program Management Office (PMO) Leader . This role will report to the & Services nowledge & leadership skills,

Responsibilities

  • As the PMO Leader you will have ownership of leading the G lobal PMO Operational and Transformation activities within SETS which will enable standardized and digitized business and functional processes to drive consistent and predictable outcomes and will cover: Global design models, standard work, operational playbooks, Digital platforms, and Learning platforms across the SETS Business . This role will be a Game Changer / Future Shaper to optimize the SETS business model and financial performance .

  • Support leadership, Project managers and P roject Controls (PCO) to e nsure work processes and operating systems are in place to manage projects accurately and accountably.

  • Define, align, maintain monitor, and communicate Project Portfolio processes and standards

  • Research, identify , align, deploy, manage, and monitor Project Portfolio tools

  • Drive cross-functional business alignment and readiness

  • Identify and report Project Portfolio non-compliance

  • Champion the roll out of project management information system tool transition to Cora and tool adoption within the SBU. Ensure development of the right training contents for sustainable onboarding for PMs.

  • Continuously develop, improve and maintain tools and project templates.

  • Lead efforts to improve our global work processes.

  • Assesses and implement strategy to improve organizational capabilities.

  • Develop and retain internal talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance development plans

  • Collaborate with PCO Functional Excellence to ensure integration of processes

  • Skillset assessment of PMs with career progression framework

  • Focusing on building a world-class end-to-end process , utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities, and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance In dicators

YOU MUST HAVE

  • + years of experience in Program management, process development, after market services or related area

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a people leader of large teams

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s in process optimization, project management, o perations management , engineering or equivalent

  • Previous customer facing program or project management experience

  • Ability to travel 20-30

  • Experience with PMO tools like Salesforce, Cora and other digital platforms

  • Proven experience on continues improvement and understanding of Program Management processes, workflows and policies

  • Experience being a though t leader with the ability to influence change

  • Transformation Leadership experience and especially digital transformation is a big plus

  • Deep knowledge of Program Management Principles

  • PMP Certification
