- Bachelor’s degree (B. S.), or equivalent, in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a Construction related field. Two to twelve years of related experience. - Cost control certifications, such as CCP, are a plus. - Two (2) to Twelve (12) years of related Project Controls / Cost Controls experience Ideally, you'll also have: - Experience in cost management for several contract delivery types, including Construction Management at Risk, Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build, Job Order Contracting, and Progressive Design/Build. - Prefer experience with migration of project cost data from legacy Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). - Must have experience in understanding construction contracts. - Understanding of Earned Value Management is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams - Prefer prior Transit program experience. Bonus points for experience working with the FTA.
