All engineers participate in a daily standup, sharing what they did yesterday, what they plan to do today, and any challenges or issues they'd like to discuss as a group. You will likely begin by seeking more help than you offer up, but you will eventually provide help to others; our team is very collaborative and friendly. The rest of your day will mostly be spent delivering pieces of a larger project by coding, but will occasionally include activities such as group brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, sprint planning, technical design reviews, candidate interviews, UX design reviews, or completing technical learning courses.
