Your role:
•Support and define Latam portfolio and needs (innovation), pruning, and guarantee timely manner time launch, recommended pricing & price promo levels, orchestrating the opportunities and contributing to the built of the Growth region strategic portfolio.
•Define the Latam strategic business plan for the respective business (M&CC= Mother & Child Care) in the Zone and acts as key interface to the regional team and BU where needed, determining key enablers to win in the Latam zone.
•Works closely together with the community of local CMMs (Consumer Marketing Managers) in the districts/countries so to act as the voice of the consumer and customer for the Zone (focus on “how to win” for prioritized SOBs) based on deep audience-specific insights (consumer shopper, professional), incorporating key insights on Region and BU strategy.
•Lives and breathes the consumer journey and the category specific shopper insights, making sure the Execution of the Region and Zone strategy are well orchestrated.
•Evaluate SoB and SoP to create business opportunities in the ‘no play’/’white spaces’ where relevant, to build the Transform of the assigned BU in the Zone.
•Delivers Zone 18 months strategic business planning.
1. Leadership experience (5 years)
2. Experience in portfolio Management, preferably across fifferent geographies
3. Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution
4. Experience tropicalizing and deploying go to market strat
