As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing the display layer logic and maintaining the component library of our application
• Ensuring that Akamai's front-end applications are performant, accessible, and responsive
• Working with UX designers to implement engaging user experiences for thousands of users
• Mentoring engineers through knowledge sharing, coaching, and training

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Demonstrate expert TypeScript and React skills
• Have prior working experience building large-scale, performant, and accessible React applications
• Have experience consuming REST APIs
• Demonstrate your experience with modern CSS design patterns and UI interface frameworks, such as Material UI
• Have prior experience with accessibility standards like A11y
• Possess educated views on technology and software design
