You will report directly to our Chief Digital and Information Officer of Aerospace Technologies and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our Aerospace Technologies business by driving data-driven decision-making, implementing advanced analytics and AI solutions, and ensuring the integrity and quality of our data.
• Lead the development and execution of the data, analytics, and AI strategy for Aerospace Technologies
• Drive the implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity
• Lead the cross-functional AT data & analytics council, collaborating with data & analytics leaders of functions in AT
• Drive the adoption of standard platforms and technologies across AT to enable scalability and interoperability
• Oversee the management and governance of data assets and AI models
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the data, analytics, and AI teams
• Drive business value realization through the effective use of data, analytics, and AI technologies
• Attract and retain strong diverse technical talent in this high-demand technology competency

/> • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, AI, or a related field
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science)
• Experience in the aerospace industry or a related field
• Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business results
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing)
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Ability to attract and retain diverse technical talent in a high-demand technology competency
