As a Cognyter you will:

• Hands-On Experience: Work with multiple on-prem environments combining cutting-edge technologies and innovative products.
• Technical Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, network equipment, and servers ; including installation, configuration and monitoring.
• Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to ensure network stability.
• Lab Management: Apply routines to improve lab reliability and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
• Documentation: Create and enhance technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Rack Mounting: Physical installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment in racks.
• Cabling: Install, manage, and maintain network cabling, including Ethernet and fiber optic cables, mount and organize hardware.

For that mission you’ll need:

• Basic Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Fluent English – Mandatory
• Experience with network equipment – advantage
• Knowledge and experience in IT – Advantage
• Eagerness to Learn: Strong motivation and ability to continuously learn new technologies.
• Multitasking Ability: Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
• Drive and Motivation: Willingness to work hard and take on challenges until resolution.
• Interpersonal Skills: Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibility: Ability to take responsibility for tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools required for hardware installation and maintenance. Knowledge of best practices for organizing and labeling cables to maintain a clean and efficient setup.
• Travels: Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites abroad
