Your key responsibilities
- Manage and implement innovative employer branding strategies to increase brand awareness among students and graduates and promote our organization as an employer of choice.
- Act as a project manager to ensure the seamless delivery of employer branding campaign projects from concept to launch, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives and value proposition.
- Develop and create engaging content tailored to various platforms, including videos, visuals, and other multimedia formats that resonate with target audiences.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of branding efforts with business objectives.
- Support in managing and revising the career website to ensure consistency and relevance of the content.
- Track and analyze marketing initiatives' performance metrics, including ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or an education in Mediamatics (Mediamatik).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Communication.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with different stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite for professional content creation.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative employer branding (mini-)campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing analytics to report, advise and optimize on results.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisite.
