As a Senior ISC Operations Manager here at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of theIntegrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization for the Northford Connecticut (CT13)location. You will be accountable for driving operational efficiency,optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of supply chainactivities. Your guidance and expertise in operations management will be key indriving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results. You willreport directly to our Plant Director, and you'll work out of our NorthfordConnecticut location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on theoverall performance and success of the CT13 Site. You will work withcross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implementbest practices, and drive operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the site
• Drive operational efficiency and process optimization to improve productivityand reduce costs
• Lead the operations team in meeting site metrics on Safety, Quality, Deliveryand Cost Efficiency
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chainactivities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement bestpractices
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress andidentify areas for improvement
• Guide and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and facilitatingsuccess

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in operations management or arelated field
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and processoptimization
