In this role, you will:
Support management in the day-to-day supervision of less experienced team providing guidance, and resolution to issues contributing to overall effectiveness of team
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Operations group
Perform or guide others on complex escalated issues that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
Prioritize work and provide daily work leadership and mentorship to team
Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff
Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among operation teams
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Serve as a resource to other departments on transaction structure, documentation, and company policies
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable in building reports in Tableau and or Excel
Must have a strong understanding of capacity planning, SLA and volume management
Workforce Management experience is an advantage
Job Expectations:
Must be willing to work onsite daily.
Must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and 24/7 operations.
Must be willing to undergo frontliner role for 6 months to gain process knowledge, experience, and follow TM scorecard for regularization.
Support performance and overall effectiveness of team as well as process development, management and maintenance of lockbox data and analytics.
Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to less experienced staff; lead or contribute to developing complex reporting and solutions that require coordination among various work groups.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and broader group, as necessary.
Facilitate trainings and or refresher sessions.
Report, manage and monitor daily volume.
Build reports for lockbox leadership audience.
Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure.
Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems.
Duties may include - receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions into systems, verifying with accuracy, resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and records.
Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.
Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function.
Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.
Ability to train the new joiners and audit the existing team members on various tasks.
Independently picks up knowledge/skills in one’s own area of work.
Flexibility towards work on differentprocesses/assignmentsand shifts
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and takes team initiatives.
Connect with LOB partners on conference calls and understand developments/ updates, etc.
Awareness and maintenance of process related reports
Coach TMs on process opportunities.
performs a variety of Operational tasks for the most complex processes or functions.
Facilitate and drive engagement activities within Lockbox.
