In this role, you will:

  • Support management in the day-to-day supervision of less experienced team providing guidance, and resolution to issues contributing to overall effectiveness of team

  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Operations group

  • Perform or guide others on complex escalated issues that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation

  • Prioritize work and provide daily work leadership and mentorship to team

  • Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff

  • Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among operation teams

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders

  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Serve as a resource to other departments on transaction structure, documentation, and company policies


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable in building reports in Tableau and or Excel

  • Must have a strong understanding of capacity planning, SLA and volume management

  • Workforce Management experience is an advantage


Job Expectations:

  • Must be willing to work onsite daily.

  • Must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and 24/7 operations.

  • Must be willing to undergo frontliner role for 6 months to gain process knowledge, experience, and follow TM scorecard for regularization.

  • Support performance and overall effectiveness of team as well as process development, management and maintenance of lockbox data and analytics.

  • Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to less experienced staff; lead or contribute to developing complex reporting and solutions that require coordination among various work groups.

  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and broader group, as necessary.

  • Facilitate trainings and or refresher sessions.

  • Report, manage and monitor daily volume.

  • Build reports for lockbox leadership audience.

  • Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure.

  • Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems.

  • Duties may include - receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions into systems, verifying with accuracy, resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and records.

  • Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.

  • Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function.

  • Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.

  • Ability to train the new joiners and audit the existing team members on various tasks.

  • Independently picks up knowledge/skills in one’s own area of work.

  • Flexibility towards work on differentprocesses/assignmentsand shifts

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and takes team initiatives.

  • Connect with LOB partners on conference calls and understand developments/ updates, etc.

  • Awareness and maintenance of process related reports

  • Coach TMs on process opportunities.

  • performs a variety of Operational tasks for the most complex processes or functions.

  • Facilitate and drive engagement activities within Lockbox.
