Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND Several years experience working in an industry (energy, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND Proven years experience working in an industry (energy, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior executives
  • Several years of experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.
  • Proven sales experience within the enterprise sector.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Account Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement multi-year account plans to ensure sustainable growth and revenue.
  • Identify new opportunities and lead strategies that align with customer goals and Microsoft objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers to influence strategic direction.

Customer Engagement

  • Deeply understand customer business priorities and industry trends to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and innovative ideas that drive digital transformation.
  • Expand relationships across the customer organization to maximize impact.

Sales Excellence

  • Orchestrate high-impact solutions showcasing Microsoft’s value proposition.
  • Drive large, complex deals and ensure execution of strategies that increase revenue potential.
  • Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and implement recovery plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

Industry & Competitive Knowledge

  • Leverage internal and external networks to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Use deep knowledge of Microsoft offerings to influence customer capabilities and deliver competitive solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mobilize and mentor account teams and partners to execute plans effectively.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
