As an AI Governance & Enablement Strategy Associate on the Strategic AI Governance and Enablement (SAIGE) team, you’ll be part of a dynamic team working on diverse projects that support the integration, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution of AI/ML technologies across the firm. The SAIGE team is dedicated to driving operational efficiencies and supporting the firm’s AI/ML objectives by promoting innovation and upholding the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
Job responsibilities
- Engage in projects such as third-party AI vendor onboarding, governance metrics reporting, or legal and regulatory change management, and operational execution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for integrating AI models into business processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the streamlining of governance components and contribute to tracking of key risk indicators.
- Participate in the navigation of industry regulations and standards, aiding in the development of frameworks for legal entity management and regulatory compliance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing transparency and alignment across strategic priorities to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Lead projects ensuring adherence to the defined lifecycle and clear roles and responsibilities across technology teams and business units.
- Propose and implement improvements to integration and governance processes and tools.
- Stay abreast on the latest AI advancements and integration technologies.
- Provide employees with training and resources on AI governance, ethics, regulations, and best practices, while promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 3 years of applicable experience in governance, enablement, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle management, with willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong communication skills to convey concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards impacting AI/ML technologies
