What you'll do:
- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance our member's personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions that improve our customers' identity experience, and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and report on team performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology, retail a plus.
- Proven experience in leading a team of engineers and delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Ability to mentor and guide engineering team in coding standards, deployment strategies, architecture and qualification.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
