Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Minimum 2-years experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders with different priorities with proven ability to bring forward a solution to drive impact
- Experience working in government or with government policymakers
- Experience managing project and/or team budgets
- Desire to partner with stakeholders across the company to learn how others work and how the work in USGA supports other teams
- Skills in organization and communications, together with the ability to partner across disciplines.
- Self-motivated and able to work in an efficient, informed, and accurate manner.
- Confidence and ability to quickly identify, analyze and develop creative and smart solutions to difficult problems and challenges.
- Regularly thinks outside the given parameters to see if there is a more effective way to accomplish the task than what is currently in use.
- Desire to work independently in a demanding and fast-paced environment without sacrificing high attention to detail.
