This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage and Embrace HOS (Honeywell Operating Systems) on site and in the office (5s, Kaizen, Gemba, HSE, Honeywell Behaviors)
- Customer Experience focused interactions, providing sales/technical information to customers and action as liaison for communication with field sales team/engineering.
- Processing of orders/quotes into SAP & CRM operating system & associated tasks (reporting +)
- Processing of Billing run in SAP & CRM operating system, associated billing queries for Hire and Sale orders
- Coordination with Warehouse/Logistics on deliveries/rental collections to customers
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years+ experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in the construction industry, having been focused on customer experience/excellence.
- Experience in the processing of orders/quotes/invoices into ERP operating system & associated tasks (reporting +) ideally SAP but not essential.
- Ability to work and organize workload independently, high level of integrity and demonstrated portrayal of the Honeywell behaviors.
- Coordination with Warehouse/Logistics on deliveries/rental collections to customers
