CIB Access Controls Analyst for Business Segregation of Duties Employer Description
Organization DescriptionRole’s Responsibilities
- Develop detailed understanding of the overall concept of Business Segregation of Duties, including its components and related processes.
- Partner with Technology (Application Owners, Application Developers, Information Owners) to collect, consolidate and ensure accuracy of data required to run periodic access scans.
- Work with Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) to run access scans. Review results produced by scans.
- Support Line/Control Managers during certification of accesses with questions they may have related to the Control.
- Monitor team’s mailbox and respond to general queries from different functional groups related to the Control.
- Document processes and identify control gaps by networking with various subject matter experts.
- Provide recorded evidence to address compliance and audit requirements.
- Analyze large amounts of data and/or reconcile to facilitate decision making for senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of governance, metrics and reporting materials to be distributed to key stakeholders and senior management.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who takes ownership, has a sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; and ability to leverage the wider organization to meet objectives. Fluent English is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem solving & process re-engineering skills.
- Ability to deal with issues on a global, cross business level.
- Good organizational skills - manages & prioritizes multiple tasks across different time horizons within deadlines.
- A good understanding of controls and how to apply them to different processes and businesses.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a useful piece of material and propose recommendations for process improvement.
- Experienced work on project teams is a must; experience on process and/or technology related projects would be highly beneficial.
- Strong PC skills particularly Excel, and PowerPoint; Access and Visio would be a benefit too.
- Alteryx and Python skills are a plus.
