The team you will be part of
We are looking to strengthen the T&C software development capabilities for the Nokia Knowledge Center by adding people with the skills to define requirements, architecture and implementation of the platform. T&C is a global team, so you will work with colleagues in different countries and will also interact with stakeholders and experts across different teams in CNS.
What will you learn and contribute
- The Training and Certification (T&C) team within CNS Services and Care is working to build a Nokia Knowledge Center (NKC) to facilitate sharing and reuse of knowledge across the organization.
- The NKC must make it easy for professionals to share and find information through the normal course of performing their roles. As such, adding tools, sites, or locations is not the answer. There are a variety of existing tools, systems, methodologies, and processes that are used by different functional roles including Architects, Designers, Integrators, Maintenance/Technical Support Engineers, and Project Managers.
- While some adjustments and changes may be made, it is not practical to have one tool, process, system, or methodology for everyone; integration will be key.
- The NKC Data Analyst / Software Engineer is accountable for defining requirements, architecture, design, and implementation of the Nokia Knowledge Center. The NKC Data Analyst / Software Engineer will partner with the Software/System Architect who will define the architecture structure, framework and way or working. Together with the rest of the KM team, both roles will support the promotion, communication, and adoption of NKC and collaborative knowledge sharing.
