Key requirements
- Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
- Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
- Process standard orders & Maintain order accuracy
- Process changes and enhancements to orders
- Maintain complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requests
Key skills and qualifications
- Currently being enrolled as a student in Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree program
- Business fluent in written and spoken English + German (min B2-C1)
- Previous work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international context, is a valuable advantage
- Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skill
- Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
