Network with industry leaders and build relationships to facilitate expanded sales opportunities. You will influence BA request for proposal (RFP) requirements, develop prime/subcontractor options and teaming strategies, develop value propositions and win themes, and create pricing strategies. You will have a passion for industrial markets and products, and an ability to communicate with technical professionals.

• Drive key cities and key accounts growth: identify GC-level key accounts, work closely with Corp. GR /KAM and LOBs to set up strategic cooperation's with key accounts, act as BA GC KA focal to interact with KA senior LT and promote BA products and total solution to achieve GC-level synergy
• Develop Sustainability Eco-system to enhance offering and market voice: responsible for establish cooperation's with eco-system players including design institutes, industry associations, consulting firms, etc to jointly develop business opportunities
• Evaluate and explore innovative/in-depth cooperation model (jointly R&D JV) to accelerate digital sustainability business growth

• Extensive experience in commercial role in building or industrial.
• Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
• Strong business acumen and strategic analysis experience
• Financial and international operating experience
• Technical understanding of customer requirements
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Experience with project planning, scoping, and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile environment
• Deliver on complex problems without guidance
• Deliver presentations with ease, engage audiences
