Amazon Business Analyst II Paragon Case Management

CMS Data Platform team’s mission is to empower Case Management tenants to make data driven decisions and derive insights.The Business Analyst will collaborate with Paragon Product team to build a metrics to measure Paragon experience. You will own the design, creation, and management of metrics, associated dashboards and datasets. You will interact with internal program and product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, structure scalable and performant data solutions using statistical techniques or regression models to generate insights from the structured/unstructured datasets.
Key job responsibilities
• Leading complex data analysis projects to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to inform decision making
• Developing and implementing solutions to optimize business performance
• Creating data visualizations to communicate findings and monitor performance
• Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
• Assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, metrics and contribution in analytical roadmaps.

- 4+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and make insights from large amounts of data
- Expert in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight or Tableau
- Experience with statistical techniques, prepost analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience
