Position:Instructional Designer – Senior Associate
Education: Any Graduate
3 – 6 years of relevant experience
Your key responsibilities
- Actively participate in Skills Needs Analysis (SNA) conversations leading to the design of learning solutions.
- Draft learning objectives that meet EY quality standards
- Apply effective learning strategies and design guidelines to ensure the creation of impactful learning materials.
- Assist in drafting Learning Solution Plans and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning solutions.
- Create comprehensive learning documents (e.g., Storyboards, trainer/participant decks for Physical and Virtual Classroom programs) that contribute to the development of final learning assets.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs), graphic designers, and other stakeholders to produce effective learning solutions.
- Review all learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, and adherence to quality standards.
- Independently liaise with SMRs for technical reviews and feedback to enhance learning materials.
- Conduct quality assurance checks with SMRs, technical reviewers, and deployment teams; utilize their feedback to revise design documents.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Studio to create engaging and interactive learning modules.
- Ensure deliverables align with EY design and quality standards related to written materials.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 3 to 6 years of experience in designing courses and other learning items.
- Experience in designing effective learning solutions across different modalities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and rapid authoring tools.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with business customers/clients.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environments to deliver required results.
