Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, relatedfieldAND 4+years experiencein Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulation

• OR equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of progressive professional experience in Safety related positions isrequired, withdemonstratedknowledge and experience controlling the broad spectrum of risks across multiple sites.

• Working knowledge of US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and other non-regulatory safety standards applicable to the location of operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 8+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience

• Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 6+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience

• OR equivalent experience.

• Experience withEnhesa,Regscan, Enablon, Intelex or similar tools.

• Develop, own and drive process improvement in the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) framework within Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) organizations to deliver key results that align with organizational goals.

• Assess organizational capability and requirements,identifyingtactics to improve performance, and developing strategic approaches to manage risk.

• Maintain EHS performance scorecard information, reporting dashboard and deliver summary overviews and related communications to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with all Microsoft policies as well as regulatory policies at the local, federal, or regional level, and ensure that programs support accuracy, quality, appropriate review, and thorough documentation.
