JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing new productimplementation projects across the service and repair locations globally. Youwill collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful projectexecution and drive operational excellence. With your strong project managementskills and expertise, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, fromunderstanding when the manufacturing site begins production and when repairunits are expected to arrive at the global facilities. Your ability toeffectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time andwithin budget will be key in driving operational efficiency and customersatisfaction. You will report directly to our Global Services Director, andyou’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. Inthis role, you will impact the success of new product launches, supporttechnical training and quality processes across all locations globally, drivecontinuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage new product implementation projects across the global service and repair locations, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop process improvement across repair and testing lines
  • Drive department collaborations
  • Work closely with Service Engineering group and Quality Engineering group to drive product design improvements and repair process improvements
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management OR Technical program management preferably in new product implementation (NPI). (Working with engineering and technical teams is highly preferred.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

WE VALUE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Business).
  • Electronic Service and Repair Experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the implementation of new products.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
