As an Advanced Electrical Engineer, you will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next-generation Aerospace Products by designing, testing, and validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide electrical design expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.· Design electronic circuit board assemblies, including processors, memory systems, FPGAs and aircraft sensor/communication interfaces
· Develop hardware requirements that are compliant with customer requirements
· Develop detailed analyses ensuring compliance with design requirements
· Create schematics and work with Board Layout team to implement electrical designs
· Develop verification procedures and conduct robustness and verification testing
· Support product integration, verification and certification process
· Provide ongoing product life cycle support to customers, suppliers and manufacturers


· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
· 5+ years’ experience in Electrical Design
· Electrical design experience – microprocessors, microcontrollers, DSPs, memories, aircraft communication interfaces, analog interfaces, etc.
· Experience with Aerospace standards and processes, including DO-254, DO-160 and DO-178.
· Experience with Siemens EDA tools (DxDesigner, Expedition, Hyperlynx SI/PI, etc.)
· Individuals who take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
· Individuals that assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations.
· Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions.
· Experience writing and presenting technical correspondence and data analysis.
· Must have the ability to work effectively in both a team and as an individual contributor to meet customer expectations.Additional Information
