Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level reporting, meeting and event coordination for Co-Head of CTL
- Manage projects from initiation through implementation and prepare business reports/requirements
- Gather, analyze, and present project data and insights
- Provision ad hoc project support
- Track and monitor of key metrics
- Monitor multiple sales and technology initiatives
- Manage training and system support
- Arrange meetings and event support
- Manage expense reports
- Manage data and provide support for technology/application questions
- Manage equipment
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
- Ability and desire to manage or initiate special projects
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong sense of urgency, self-starter and can work independently
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, prioritize, multi-task and produce successful results
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
- Flexibility with regard to work schedule and task prioritization
- Fast learner, able to adapt quickly and work within a team setting
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline preferred
- 4-6 years of proven analysis and administrative work experience
