What you’ll do

• Analyze current business processes (Event and Incident) to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Design, implement and drive process optimization and improvements in the area of Event and Incident Management, using data driven approaches or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to map processes, document workflows, and standardize procedures.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Prepare and present regular key performance indicator performance reports to leadership, outlining key insights and areas for improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer or Natural Science required from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of professional experience in a similar function with focus on processes and IT operations
• Proven experience in process manager or a similar process related role
• Very high proficiency in Process optimization, communication and Management presentations is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of business operations and expertise in process optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
