Join the Nordic Clients & Industries team to drive commercial growth by identifying and pursuing alliance-related opportunities. As a Commercial and Growth Strategist focused on working with our Nordic Alliance Leadership you will help shape and contribute to our growth strategies from ideation through to execution.
Your key responsibilities
- Work alongside our Nordic Alliance Leader in identifying and qualifying commercial growth opportunities in the market, building go-to-market and client plans to execute with cross-functional teams that leads to new sales and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across EY (technology, strategy, consulting, marketing, brand, deal activation and client experience teams) to successfully deliver on Alliance growth in the market.
- Collaborate with EY and Alliance teams to develop and implement winning strategies that leverage joint strengths to deliver differentiated value for our clients.
- Ensure that the right commercials steps, analysis and evaluation is done through coaching pursuit teams to execute best practices, that promotes a win-win scenario for EY and our clients.
- Provide ongoing tactical, hands-on support in complex sales processes and client discussions, maintaining oversight to maximize strengths and address challenges.
- Help develop strategic messaging, value proposition and collaborate on the conceptualization of all client facing materials, ensuring we articulate the value that EY can bring to our clients - leveraging Agentic AI for greater efficiency and insights.
- Lead post-pursuit analysis and review, ensuring future leverage of successes and addressing improvement areas moving forward.
Some specific skills/attributes that we would like to see and will help you succeed
- Proven experience in strategy, execution, sales, communications and client relationship development. Alliance/Partner collaboration is a plus.
