- Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in analytical roles in marketing, data science, or financial services.
- 3 years of experience designing, executing, and delivering analysis projects and measurement approaches, with experience translating business problems into analytical questions and marketing recommendations.
- Experience with SQL, R, SPSS, or similar statistical programming languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, designing experiments, developing statistical models, measuring campaigns, and identifying optimization opportunities, or comparable experience using data and analytics in technology or financial services.
- Experience supporting multiple products/teams concurrently, and ability to manage multiple projects in a constantly evolving environment of priorities.
- Experience in processing and analyzing data from large and complex datasets.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to develop a perspective, and influence and bring people along.
- Familiarity with performance analytics, growth, or product analytics.
