This is a cross functional role, where you will partner with multiple functions including Engineering, Product teams, Sales, GTM, Accounting, and their related Finance partners to deliver actionable insights to influence financial results. Analytical thinking, crisp communication, effective business partnering and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are key to success in this role.Compiles andfinancial information for an organization.

• Partner with Product and cross functional teams to define new business models and monetization strategy
• Own New Product Introduction and Pricing Reviews, partnering with Product Management, Pricing Procurement and Program Management. Provide in-depth product margin and Return on Investment analysis
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the product business, helping build presentations withactionableinsights into business performance and trends
• Drive monthly/quarterly business reviews, metrics creation and tracking
• Develop business review packages – analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends and helping build presentations with key business insights for senior leadership
• Other ad-hoc projects or activities to provide FP&A support
• Propose business operational improvements to enhance financial visibility, control, and planning effectiveness

• Minimum 12 years of related experience required
• Strong analytical skills for developing complex financial models
• Experience in business partnering and executive presentations
• Passionate, accountable, self-motivated, and independent worker
• Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Systems experience in Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, and business analytics a plus

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years’ experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and /or Business Finance, Strategy & Operations
