Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and executing critical core operations activities to maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks, and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis
• Daily collaboration across Markets Treasury Trading and Operations teams to provide solutions and identify/resolve root cause
• Acting as key point of contact for the team across internal and external stakeholders
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
• Identifying trends, synergies, and weaknesses across products and regions
• Oversee the set-up of new client accounts and settlement instructions
• Serve as analytical or procedural expert for Treasury Operations deliverables/initiatives
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and cultivating a robust service and control environment
• Providing valuable input into strategic initiatives, reducing manual touch points, and aligning tech delivery v. business goals
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Thinks logically and is good at problem solving. Result orientated.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and a strong risk management mindset, through implementing sound controls and processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
