• Support the operating cadences of the GEM Leadership Team and the PPAU Board through comprehensive, well-vetted reporting and program management.

• Enhance strategic alignment, team connectivity, and decision-making processes.

• Oversee PPAU’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Manage local GEM resources and provide oversight for IT Support, Facilities, and Safety & Security teams.

Your day-to-day

Key responsibilities include:

• Trusted Advisor & Delegate to the CEO

Act as a trusted advisor and credible delegate for the CEO.

Mentor junior members of the AU GEM team and foster a results-driven culture.

• FAR Accountability Regime (FAR) & Governance

Ensure compliance with APRA guidelines and industry best practices.

Oversee governance, execution, and change management requirements.

Provide timely escalation and resolution of critical risks and issues.

• GEM Governance & PMO Responsibilities

Strengthen GEM governance and operating procedures.

Represent GEM as the PMO across strategic and tactical initiatives.

Drive collaboration within the GEM Leadership Team and global teams.

• Affiliate Services & Outsourcing

Govern and implement outsourcing policies in line with APRA standards.

Monitor compliance with service levels and escalate material non-compliance issues.

• Board-Related Responsibilities

Prepare focused board agendas and ensure timely, high-quality reporting.

Track and manage completion of board matters and actions.

• People & Culture Leadership

Drive team performance, development, and alignment with PayPal values.

• Operations Management & Reporting

• Proven experience in operational administration, program management, and coordination

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in managing outsourcing services and affiliate relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
