As a pivotal member of the dynamic salesand delivery team, you'll collaborate seamlessly and flexibly with colleagues,working together to efficiently manage all tasks that enable us to deliver ourvehicles. Your exceptional communication skills will be the cornerstone ofbuilding strong customer relationships, expertly guiding them through anyqueries or concerns they may have regarding their delivery. Throughout thisprocess, you'll fine-tune and tailor ownership solutions, ensuring that eachcustomer's unique requirements are met, thus contributing to a remarkablysuccessful and satisfying delivery experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Embrace customers as soon as their order isplaced and navigate them smoothly through the delivery journey.
  • Fine-tune and optimize purchase solutions devisedby Tesla Advisors to ensure a flawless delivery procedure.
  • Develop ownership solutions for customersnew to Tesla, who haven't interacted with us previously.
  • Assist customers with financing, trade-ins,registration, and ensuring a seamless, punctual delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication withcustomers, setting clear expectations and providing updates on deliverytimelines.
  • Address and resolve any inquiries orconcerns customers may have about the delivery process.
  • Closely adhere to all processes to ensure aspeedy revenue recognition and cash collection.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction with thedelivery process and expertly resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Pioneer the development of innovativeprocesses from the ground up for our newly formed team, leveraging yourcreativity and expertise to shape a dynamic and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure precise tracking and updating ofcustomer details and actions in our internal systems.
  • Implement and share best practices withinyour Tesla location and across teams.
  • Enlighten customers about the completeTesla ecosystem and the myriad solutions available to cater to their needs.
  • Adhere to Tesla's processes, ensuringtimely execution of sales administrative tasks, contract completion, finance,and seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Seamlessly manage additional duties to meetbroader business demands.
