- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in thermal management systems design, with an emphasis on liquid cooling.
- 3 years of experience in thermal product architecture and design, covering passive to liquid-cooled AI products.
- 2 years of experience with silicon packaging architectures, design, and process-related interactions as well thermal and hydraulic analysis tools (e.g., CFD, FEA, Flow network modeling).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with CAD (e.g., Solidworks).
- Experience in data center design and related cooling plant technologies (i.e., evap cooling, air and water cooled chillers).
- Experience in experimental methods, metrology, and data analysis and product design principles, including DFMEA and DFM.
- Experience or familiarity with data center cooling systems, hydronic analysis, and chip-to-chiller architectures.
