Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a related PCB field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in the PCB technology and manufacturing process.
- Experience in statistical product quality control, process capability, reliability, failure analysis, and process improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or PCB related field.
- Certification in the American Society for Quality certification for e.g. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CQM), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
- 10 years of experience in Quality/Reliability and PCB technology.
- Understanding of PCB manufacturing and test processes.
- Ability to travel as needed.
