Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processing and reporting.
2. Design and implement Oracle Payroll solutions to meet complex payroll requirements and compliance needs.
3. Configure Oracle Payroll modules, including payroll calculations, deductions, and earnings.
4. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support custom payroll calculations and reporting.
5. Provide expertise in integrating Oracle Payroll with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party applications.
6. Conduct testing and validation of payroll solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
7. Train end-users and provide ongoing support for Oracle Payroll functionalities.
8. Stay updated on Oracle updates and best practices related to payroll processing and Fast Formula development.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Payroll implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, particularly Payroll modules.
• Proficiency in Fast Formula development and payroll calculations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Oracle certification in HCM Cloud Payroll modules. – Cloud (must-have)
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies
