- 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, at least 3 years supporting SVP or C-level leaders in fast-paced, large, global organizations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with a high bar for quality
- Self-starter with a growth mindset—you seek continuous improvement, own your work with pride, and learn quickly from feedback
- Highly responsive - As a representative of the executive, you ensure all internal and external constituents are engaged with and feel seen and heard
- Master of time management, with an innate ability to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a fast-changing environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company
