Job responsibilities:
- Effective Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Coordinated Book of Work: Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
- Strategic alignment: Ensure alignment of transformation projects with the team/organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- OKR Tracking: Monitors progress and ensures focus on key objectives.
- Capacity Management: Optimizes resource allocation and workload distribution.
- Prioritization: Ensures critical tasks are addressed promptly.
- Voice of the Customer: Captures and integrates customer feedback.
- Improved Decision-Making: Provides valuable insights and data analysis.
- Efficient Meeting Management: Organizes and manages key meetings, ensuring alignment and progress tracking.
Required qualification, skills and capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, governance, and change management.
- Strong understanding of transformation initiatives and their impact on business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualification, skills and capabilities:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
