In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a world-class Siri experience to users around the globe. You’ll work on advanced engineering challenges, including Speech Synthesis/Recognition, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models and, Big Data. Your contributions will drive Siri’s expansion across international markets and ensure that the user experience remains intuitive and culturally relevant.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across AIML including Foundation Models, Infra, NLP, Invocation and Speech Recognition to develop innovative solutions that align with business goals.
  • Leading the design and architecture of core Siri systems, engineering tools, and user interactions with an emphasis on scalability and international adaptability.
  • Creating and executing ambitious engineering plans to enhance Siri’s reach and effectiveness in global markets.
    • M.S in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience with 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally working on an end-user product.
    • Working capability with programming languages, such as Swift, C++, Objective C, Java, etc.
    • Solid fundamentals in OO design, patterns, data structures, and algorithms
    • Experience with machine learning and data science
    • Proven strong product mindset, with focus on building the best experience for the end-user
    • Proven track record of architecting performant scalable software, ideally both on-device and server side
    • Demonstrated ownership of large cross-functional and multi-team projects
    • Proven technical leadership, education, and team mentorship
