What will you be doing?

• Overseeing supply chain operations from issuing orders until shipments arrival
• Order processing through continuous communication with warehouse, operations, and Planning
• Operating international support shipments (Drop, import, Export).
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity while analyzing and optimizing procedures
• Issue weekly reports, reflecting order statuses & financial aspects
• Troubleshooting in ordering processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement.
• Global KPI management
• Coordinating all reverse logistics issues from Resolve RMA inquiries to the shipping process.
• Working with the Israeli HQ team on daily basis.
