SAP Senior Quality Specialist

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Specialist responsible for enabling the team to:

• engineer secure, future-proof, optimized systems with minimum operational burden, at scale, while helping them improve their efficiency and productivity in a data-driven framework.

Role would include:

• Building the reporting Framework for key KPIs under product fundamentals and engineering excellence.
• Engaging on the existing reporting frameworks under product fundamentals and engineering excellence.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics under product fundamentals and engineering excellence.
• Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Actively participate in continuous optimization of already existing procedures and processes.
• Drive for automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management as well as other service groups.
• Stakeholder management (incl. Senior leadership).

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Strong understanding of managing the life cycle of large-scale programs and projects in Product organizations.
• Highly flexible, and adaptable. Be able to effectively juggle between multiple activities and priorities.
• Evidenced ability to build support for ideas.
• Experience modifying and/or defining processes.
• Mastered Agile methods and practices (Scrum and Kanban).
• Self-driven and with a general interest in learning new things.
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management methodologies, tools.
• Development/Testing experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with Power BI Low Code / No Code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
